Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Oversee & manage the process of ordering, receiving, and returning parts
Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
Intake vehicles as they come in when needed
Liaise with vendors to ensure maximum efficiency when ordering parts, receiving parts, and returning parts
Invoicing and receiving payment from customers
Maintain detail oriented spreadsheets
Order employee lunches
Clean up around the shop
Miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Professional demeanor
Ability to work in all types of weather
Candidates must have a strong work ethic and solid attention to detail.
Desired:
Experience working at a Journey-Level Mechanic shop with light/medium and/or heavy duty equipment services and repair.
Knowledge of google docs, excel,
Knowledge of shop platforms such as Shopmonkey and willing to learn and teach
Comfortability working solo in an office setting
