Answer phones and manage phone system
Data Entry in accounting system
Assist Purchasing with overflow PO issuance and data entry
Track contracts and subcontracts
Issue subcontracts
Perform general clerical work such as filing
Order and maintain office supplies for office and field
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Distribute checks to field personnel
Assist with payroll and timecard processing
Write proposals for Service Manager
Support President/CEO with general administrative functions
File Pre-Lien documents and organize critical documents by project
Maintain and request insurance certificates by project
Assist with A/P mailing vendor checks
We are requesting 5 year work experience in office environment as previous experience and at least two professional references.
