Financial and Insurance Firm is looking for a full-time or part-time Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and customer tasks.
Requirements:
Act as the point of contact among vendors, clients, and other external partners
Organize and maintain the electronic and physical filing system
Some work experience as an Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge, including Word & Excel
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, Detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be able to speak English & Chinese
