Small law firm, based in San Ramon, is seeking an Office Assistant to assist in the general litigation and business practice for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and performing client intakes
Scheduling meetings/organizing calendars
Assist in responding to client emails and phone inquiries
Organizing client files
Processing all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Willing to learn
Legal experience is a plus but not required.
