POSITION:
Office Assistant Onsite Only (Part-time 12 hours - Mon-Wed-Fri)
JOB SUMMARY:
Our security system installation business is growing and expanding to other areas of sales and eCommerce. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks. Tasks include managing our fleet mileage system, entering credit card data to QuickBooks Desktop, sending bi-weekly safety forms out to our staff, covering the Admin Assistant when she is not in the office, answering phones, assisting sales and service department with any tasks, assist GM with any tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate and two years administrative experience
Detail Oriented
Strong Organizational Skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with Ecommerce (preferred) but we can train
Experience with Xero (preferred)
1 Year Experience with QuickBooks (required)
Clear oral and written communication skills to communicate with vendors and customers
Self-Motivated with ability to work well independently
Poise under pressure, ability to multitask, meet deadlines
Ability to wear multiple hats
