Responsibilities include: overall operation of the theatre, supervision and implementation of all production elements (lighting, sound, staging, special needs), oversee technical operating systems and be required to respond in real time to the evolving nature of the operation of this historic venue and its secondary spaces. Oversight of all facility operations and maintenance needs. Work on all productions and special events. Coordinate rental events and plan for production elements. Supervise and participate with load-in, technical and operational aspects of rehearsals, performances, and strike activities for productions, events, and rentals.
Assist in recruiting, training and assignment of paid staff and volunteers for productions, rentals and events.
Ensure venues are ready for rehearsals, performances, rentals and events.
