Salary: $25 per hour (Flexible 4 hrs. Per. Day

Job Description:

-Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:

-Create Conversation points/content on Social Media platforms: (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Youtube, TikTok, Linked In…)

-Engage with audience driving conversation, brand awareness, and website traffic.

-Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling content for campaigns.

-Create blog posts for website

Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior staff.

-Assist with various personal tasks as needed.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

-Create visually appealing graphics, including brochures, social media content, website graphics, and marketing materials.

-Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity.

-Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling visuals for campaigns.

-Assist in the design and layout of project proposals and presentations.

-Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

-Work a flexible minimum 4 hr. per day. Be available for on call extra hours and duties.

-Proven experience and understanding of Social Media content creation and client engagement.

-Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

-Experience in the home building or real estate industry is a plus but not required.

-High level of discretion and professionalism.

-Car and valid drivers license
