We are a dynamic startup in San Jose, CA, seeking a skilled B2B Social Media Marketing & Prospecting Specialist for a contract-to-hire role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, and other social media platforms to reach and engage B2B prospects, as well as experience in setting up HubSpot for effective lead management and nurturing. This role also involves proactive prospecting to identify and reach out to potential customers. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and mutual fit. The selected candidate must be able to work from our San Jose office.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute B2B social media marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, and other relevant platforms

- Create compelling content tailored to B2B audiences to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

- Run targeted social media ad campaigns to reach key decision-makers within target companies

- Monitor and engage with prospects and customers on social media, providing timely and helpful responses

- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through social media and other channels

- Set up and optimize HubSpot for effective lead management, nurturing, and automation

- Collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless lead handoff

- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI

- Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B social media marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in B2B social media marketing and prospecting, with a strong understanding of LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, and other relevant platforms

- Proven track record of successfully engaging B2B audiences, generating leads, and driving conversions through social media and prospecting

- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms

- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling B2B-focused messages

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from social media data

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Passion for staying at the forefront of B2B social media marketing trends and technologies

- Must be able to work from our San Jose office
