Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Specialist with a sharp eye for current, high-quality design and a passion for driving results through strategic marketing initiatives. This individual will possess exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate with agents to develop tailored marketing plans across various channels, including print, social media, and website optimization. The ideal candidate will stay abreast of top-of-the-line real estate advertising and marketing options, offering guidance and training to agents on leveraging these tools effectively. They will demonstrate confidence, education, and a customer-centric approach in guiding agents through the marketing process and developing tier-specific plans to support their unique needs.

Project Management and Collaboration:

· Be an advocate for our agents to assess marketing needs and create customized plans to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. This includes but not limited to: preparing for a sale, during a sale, and after a sale, etc.

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the needs of agents at all levels, focusing on print marketing, social media campaigns, website optimization, and event promotion.

· Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with agents to review their marketing activities, assess effectiveness, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Training and Guidance:

· Provide training and guidance to agents on utilizing video reels, social media platforms, and other marketing tools to maximize their impact.

· You will have a remote team team you will work with and also train as needed

Analysis and Optimization:

· Track the performance of marketing campaigns, generate actionable insights, and provide feedback to agents on areas for improvement.

· Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in real estate marketing, continuously exploring new opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with real estate marketing and signage regulations and industry standards, offering guidance and support as needed to maintain compliance (can learn soon after hire).

Graphic Design and Content Creation:

Note a requirement but a definite plus if you can also produce or know someone that you can use reliably who can produce visually stunning marketing materials consistent with a high-quality aesthetic using tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and other industry-standard graphic design software.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Bonus if familiar in graphic design software such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and other industry-standard tools.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent grammar.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

· Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to agents.

You will be centralized out of Oakland, but will travel to our other offices to accommodate agents as needed. (Alameda, Castro Valley, Berkeley)

Office Location & Hours:

You will be primarily stationed in the Oakland office while demonstrating flexibility to travel to any of our other three locations as necessary to address agent needs. In office Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
