We are currently growing our paralegal program and want to add a Senior Paralegal with at least five years of Family Law experience. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, enthusiastic team player with incredible attention to detail, a clear and polished writing style, and excellent research and time management skills.
The Senior Paralegal job responsibilities include:
Draft pleadings, motions, judicial council forms and other standard legal documents including all discovery documents.
Communicate effectively and promptly with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
Respond to discovery requests and manage as well as organizing all discovery materials.
Prepare legal memorandums or conduct research assignments; identify new or changing topical case law or authority.
