We are a boutique law firm specializing in trusts and estates who is looking to hire a full-time Legal Assistant.
The Legal Assistant supports attorney(s) with various tasks, including drafting and reviewing documents, pleadings, and correspondence, filing and serving documents, communicating with clients and parties, scheduling and preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings, and organizing and maintaining files.
This position will be located in person at the Peninsula office. Regular work hours are from Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5 pm.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
One (1) to five (5) years of experience as an administrative assistant (preferably in a law firm or in a corporate legal department), legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal
