About Us:
China Live SF is a vibrant and bustling venue with multiple facets to our business:
Main Floor: over 200 seats and a full bar.
2nd Floor: a craft cocktail/whiskey bar, a 50-seat event space, and an intimate fine dining restaurant offering a tasting menu.
3rd Floor: a 180-seat event space with a full bar and kitchen.
Accessibility: all floors are accessible with elevators.
Our Beverage Program:
We pride ourselves on our dynamic beverage offerings, including modern unique cocktails, worldly wines, and an extensive selection of nonalcoholic beverages.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are open to both seasoned professionals and junior candidates with an excellent work ethic. Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not a requirement. We are willing to mentor and develop candidates who show promise and dedication.

Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
A passion for the culinary arts and beverage programs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Overseeing daily operations across multiple floors and event spaces.
Managing staff and ensuring a positive work environment.
Upholding our standards for quality and service.
Collaborating with the culinary and beverage teams to create an exceptional dining experience.
