Floor Manager Responsibilities:
Honest, Reliable and Passionate with Great Leadership Skills
Knowledge of wine, and spirits
Attention to service details
Experience coaching and developing a small team
Assisting in scheduling , budgeting FOH
Understanding of inventory and labor controls
Proficient in cash handling
Recruiting, scheduling, and managing online reservation systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and fairly
Be able to work weekends/holidays
ServSafe Certification up-to-date
RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification up-to-date
