Compton's Coffee House is hiring Baristas for our North Beach location.
Featuring a menu of high quality Coffee and Espresso beverages, Compton's has quickly become a neighborhood favorite on Fillmore street and we are so excited to have recently opened our second cafe in one of San Francisco's most important and historic neighborhoods, North Beach. As the business at our new location continues to grow, so does our need for great baristas.
We'd love to meet you if you some or all of the following:
- Customer service experience and you genuinely enjoy giving people a memorable experience.
-Experience in the Specialty Coffee industry. Experience with La Marzocco and Mazzer are a huge plus.
- The ability to create consistently awesome latte art (we are happy to train as well)
- A strong desire to be a good teammate.
- A passion to learn more about the fundamentals of coffee and service and the desire to flex the skills you already have.
- Are eager to learn more about the in's and outs of running a high volume, specialty cafe, and have a desire to grow in your role and beyond (lots of upward mobility in this company!)
- Consistent with attendance, work performance, communication and disposition.
We are offering full or part time positions and are currently looking for those that have flexible availability. Weekend and Holiday availability are a must for us.
