Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support and will be willing to be trained and advance as a licensed agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage email correspondence and direct messages
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Handle inquiries from clients and employees
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Bilingual-English & Spanish)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience with customer service or office administration is preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar tools is advantageous
- Previous experience in a office or administrative setting is beneficial
