THIS JOB OPENING IS FOR SATURDAY and SUNDAY SCHEDULE, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm - $25 - $30 /hr DOE
Coyote Valley Sporting Clays is seeking an energetic candidate to provide customer service at our upscale shooting range and event facility in Morgan Hill. We are female and family friendly and welcome all applicants for this opportunity providing great service to the best customers in the world.
We welcome applicants with no firearms experience. Prior work in retail, hospitality, sports or firearms is preferred. This position is ideal for a self motivated person who is detail oriented and enjoys fast pace and high workload. Friendly, personable and energetic qualities are highly desired. Presentable appearance and great personal skills are required. College students are welcome and we are able to work with your schedule. You must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs and have good basic math skills. You must be able to obtain an California COE (able to own a firearm) to be considered.
Availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays is required as these are our busy days.
Job Duties Include:
Greeting and engaging customers in a pleasant and professional manner
Answering questions about our facility, products, and services
Cashiering on our POS system
Merchandise display, restocking, store upkeep and cleaning
Providing customer service, events, and reservations in the retail environment
Compensation
Training at $22, pay at $25 to $32/hr depending on performance and experience. Benefits include paid vacation after one year, discounts on employee purchases and 401K. Come meet us and our team, we're "customer first" culture!
The work hours/week for this position are Saturdays and Sundays plus optional holidays.
