Looking for an assistant manager for a shipping store in Sebastopol, the position is a part time job.
Monday to Friday 9 - 1pm,
Saturday 10 -1pm
The following represents a general description of the essential duties and responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES:
Answer phone
Customer Service, Excellent verbal, written and web based communication required
Organize and sort mail for mailboxes
Use a cash register
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
This individual must be able to respectfully work with clients
Must be able to multitask and work in a highly demanding time
Must be organized and highly accurate in completing tasks.
Experience in Shipping and Receiving a plus, but not required.
High School Diploma or GED
Basic Math Skills
Must have 1 -2 years' customer service
Must have own transportation and or be on time.
