Revenue Operations Manager

This person will directly report to the Senior revenue Manager and closely work and manage the other members of the Revenue team.  The candidate will be responsible to perform revenue close accounting activities, lead transitions and projects, develop new processes and improve on the month-end close process. The position requires a hands-on person who is flexible, solutions-oriented and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Your ImpactManage the revenue close and reporting processes, including the review of JEs, reconciliations, and other various reporting deliverablesManage the reporting for key accounting metric as RPO and ARRChampion a continuous improvement mindset, driving operational excellence by identifying, proposing, and leading process improvements to successful completionEnsure compliance with SOX 404 key controlsAssist with external audits and special projects as neededDrive collaboration and alignment with cross-functional key business partners including AR, Technical Revenue, Finance, IT, FP&A, Sales finance, Operations, etc.
