We are seeking a warehouse manager for a local seafood company here in Santa Barbara.
Duties include:
Creating invoices in QuickBooks online for our scheduled shipments
Administering our ecommerce site on Shopify
Handling seafood and shipments via FedEx shipmanager
Audit & Reconcile shipping invoices
Filing claims on lost and damaged goods
Scheduling shipments
Maintain inventory logs
Maintain HAACP safety logs
Replenish inventory of what’s needed for the organization
Effective verbal & written communication with our team members and customers (Spanish speaking is a plus)
Experience Required:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service and administration
Understanding QuickBooks online
Knowledge of Shopify
Knowledge of office suites – Google drive/MS Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping is essential
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
We have 3 different sites, so a vehicle is needed
