Administrative Assistant employee needed in a busy local office to support our sales and service teams. Can do attitude and positive outlook are critical abilities. This is a fast-paced job with a lot of variety and requires the ability to multi task, to provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Coastal Copy is a comprehensive resource for all Copier, Printer, Fax, Scanner, and specialized print requirements in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Santa Maria, and San Luis Obispo. We provide up to date printing and copying devices and supplies, maintain your devices, and create cost reducing solutions for your business. Duties:

Answer phones and direct calls as appropriate.

Distribute incoming faxes and sort mail.

Entering sales orders, leases and billing information

Daily bank deposits.

Assist with paperwork for Sales Orders and Invoices

Support of Sales and Service.

Assist Billing Department with contract billing and fielding customer billing inquiries and accounts receivable.

Take dispatch calls and input customer needs for service.

Desired Experience & Abilities:

Effective team player who completes individual tasks on time, closes communication loops and asks clarifying questions to assure mutual understanding

Excellent in-person, phone, email and written communication skills for team members and clients, even in stressful situations.

Skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and computers in general

Above average skills in communications, attitude, professionalism, work ethic and strong customer service

Ability to deliver excellent customer care, externally and internally

Able to take direction and be highly motivated to learn all aspects of the business to grow with the organization.

Order entry, invoicing and record keeping experience a plus

Other Job Information:

40 hours per week. Monday thru Friday
