Oversee all general ledger accounting activities and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Supervise the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.

Monitor operating and capital budgets to ensure reviews are done timely and spending is in accordance with said budgets.

Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions where necessary.

Support budget and forecasting activities.

Collaborate with senior management in decision-making processes necessary for the smooth functioning of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Prior experience in a non-profit organization preferential.

Strong understanding of financial software and MS Office.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and analytical thinker.
