Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to identify business needs and propose solutions.

Experience with SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

Ability to identify high impact user needs and translate them into a broader strategy and vision for tools and processes.

Detail oriented, with ability to track multiple projects and timelines, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality outputs across several workstreams.

Background in Sales, Analyst, or Strategy and Operations.

Effectively communicate to various audiences, including technical stakeholders, Sales leaders, and business stakeholders.

Demonstrated interest in improving products or sales processes.

Comfortable working with data and pulling insights from data.

The Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, the umbrella organization for Global Sales Tools (GST), provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives. We ensure alignment of the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve future growth initiatives.The Global Sales Tools team is responsible for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness by building great tools for its users. Our team is the glue that binds the company's direction with GBO's needs in Connect Sales. We partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and GTM to deliver a delightful experience to our users.In this role, you will work cross-functionally with key partners in Sales, GTM, Finance, Product Management, UX, and Engineering. You will be the advocate for our users and help shape the roadmap of their core CRM, Connect Sales. In addition, you will manage various workstreams, working with our product teams to build for a future role-based experience. You will connect workflows across the various surfaces of Connect Sales and help land a new in-tool training and enablement experience.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Represent end users as we build and execute against our tools roadmap, setting the vision and strategy for these audiences across Connect Sales, and ensuring we fully represent their needs and workflows.

Prioritize based on quantified business cases (business, productivity savings), qualitative inputs (interviews, feedback), and articulate these use cases clearly to our PM/UX/Engineering partners.

Author business requirements and lead project plans as we partner with PMs/UX/Engineering on the design and development of user-facing feature launches.

Plan, execute, and drive global launch strategy, including developing a deployment plan, trainings, and support materials to drive product and feature adoption.

Estimate and measure the business impact of new features, processes, and training CSAT, adoption, HC savings, and (when applicable) business uplift.
