Conducting quarterly and year-end closings for fund and management company entities.
Compiling tax workbooks for fund and management company entities.
Aiding in the examination of tax returns for funds, management companies, and holding company.
Contributing to detailed reviews of Schedule K-1s and footnotes.
Participating in the scrutiny of other tax reports like 10402s and FBAR.
Creating annual audit workbooks and financial statements.
Supporting capital calls and distributions.
Generating GP tax estimates.
Analyzing QSBS.
Formulating management fee calculations for funds.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience at a VC/growth equity firm. Open to a PE experience, but not ranked as high.
Must have managed outsourcing / fund admins
Must have prepared tax workbooks in house
10+ years of financial services experience
