Description We are in search of a Compliance Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. The role involves supporting compliance activities, ensuring adherence to credit card regulatory requirements, conducting investigations for new and existing credit card account holders, and identifying suspicious activity patterns. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Duties & Qualifications:· Conduct KYC/AML screening, including research of public records and drafting due diligence reports.· Perform customer due diligence (CDD) investigations for cardholders, co-brand partners, and key vendors.· Monitor credit card regulatory compliance with TILA, ECOA, FCRA, and Regulation Z while reviewing transaction alerts and escalating appropriately.· Track and report on compliance metrics and key risk indicators within the credit card portfolio.· Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and investigative findings.Requirements
3-5 years experience in compliance and risk at a Fin Tech company
Compliance operations experience in credit card issuing, banking or payments
AML law regulation and investigations experience
Strong hold of data analytic and reporting compliance
Fin Tech experience a major bonus
Must know KYC
Strong technical skills
