We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager, with the opportunity to progress to Operations Manager, who will play a crucial role in managing our operations efficiently.

Your Role:

- Scheduling & Coordination: You'll be in charge of arranging service appointments and deploying our skilled landscape technicians to clients, ensuring services are timely and effective.

- Financial Oversight: Take the reins on billing and bookkeeping, including managing debts and payments, to keep our financials precise and transactions smooth.

- Enhancing Operations: Continuously assess and improve our business processes and systems to increase operational effectiveness.

- Project Management: Oversee project estimates and invoices, and handle the acquisition of materials and equipment needed for ongoing projects.

- Customer Service Excellence: Tackle client issues, maintain open lines of communication about service updates, and guarantee client satisfaction.

- Analytical Insights: Generate and analyze weekly operational and project reports, using data to guide strategic decisions and enhance business performance.

Who You Are:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscaping or a related field is essential.

- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position is highly desirable.

- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

- Skilled in using office technology and software, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

- Familiarity with landscaping management software is a bonus.

- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communicator, proficient in both speaking and writing.

Education:

- High School Diploma or GED: Required

- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field: Preferred

Position Details:

- Full-time

- Salary: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

- Work Week: 40 hours, Monday through Friday, daytime hours with no weekend work
