Property Management Consultants, Inc. (PMC) has an immediate opening for an Assistant HOA Manager. Office located in Rancho Bernardo (92128).

We pride ourselves in providing local Associations with the tools and support they need to effectively govern their communities. Our staff is committed to providing excellent service and support, not only for the Board of Directors, but also for the Association's members and vendors.

Requirements:

PMC is looking for applicants who are energetic, well organized and detail oriented. Applicants must possess the ability to multi-task and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The right applicant will be able to work well under supervision as well as independently. This is a full-time, position. All applicants should be available to work Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong problem solving abilities

Ability to multi-task/ effective time management and organizational skills

Must be reliable/ dependable

Must be able to learn quickly and grasp complex industry related concepts

You will have the opportunity to:

Become familiar with Association Management

Develop/ improve management/ leadership skills

Work under, and learn from, an experienced Property Manager

Learn basic understanding of HOA operations

Read and explain Association financial reports

Learn how to become industry certified - CMCA, CPM, Etc.

Gain understanding of HOA operations

Be trained and advance within the company for individuals who prove themselves

Eventually manage your own portfolio

Compensation:

Starting Hourly rate of $17.00-$20.00/hr. Willing to train the right individuals. Opportunities for advancement.
