Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Operations Organizer and Bookkeeper to help us manage and optimize our project tracking and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizing construction projects, tracking payments, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a high level of proficiency with computer software, including Word, Excel, and Sheets, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive system to track each job site, including project progress, milestones, and timelines.

Monitor and record all payments coming in and out, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Track and categorize every expense associated with each job site, maintaining precise financial records.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.

Maintain and update project management documents and financial records using Word, Excel, Sheets, and other relevant software.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and financial accuracy.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in project tracking and financial management.

Provide regular reports on project status, financial health, and other key metrics to management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in organizing and managing construction projects and finances.

Strong bookkeeping skills with a keen understanding of financial principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Sheets, and other relevant software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the construction industry.

Advanced knowledge of project management software and financial tracking tools.

Certification in bookkeeping or accounting.
