Job Title: Operations Assistant
The Position:
The role of Operations Assistant is to support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day duties of running project logistics. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the following:
Preparing and reviewing job files for scheduling
Managing our roofing production schedule
Coordinating project material orders and deliveries
Coordinating sub-contractors
Managing customer communications to ensure everyone is kept in the loop throughout every step of the project
Pulling project permits and scheduling inspections
The Ideal Candidate:
An Operations Assistant must be fluent in English and Spanish, extremely organized, detail-oriented, personable, comfortable on the phone, and experienced with computers. Experience or knowledge in roofing is a plus.
