Janitorial company based out of San Diego is looking for a professional, outgoing, team mentality, positive attitude, and responsible individual that has great people skills with MS Suite experience for the Administrative Assistant position. This position is a full-time 40 hour of week Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Must have at least 3 years experience.
Answer phones
Filing, Data entry
Responsible to search for new potential contractors (partners) in our industry in California and out of state
Responsible to update vendors contact spreadsheet information
Janitorial supply orders
Support Management and Sales team in creating / update /modifying existing excel spreadsheets and forms
Create and proofread letters for clients and /or office use
Support Management and Sales team in creating services proposals
Drafting memorandums for Staff and Operations meetings
Translating documents, forms , and specifications
Assisting with creating proposal and marketing literature
Assist with Travel Reservations and accommodations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Advance Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Email
- Proficiency in internet browsing
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
