Here is how it works. You are an independent contractor. You make your own schedule. You are paid for every appointment you set. This is a door to door canvassing position. Like solar company's, you are seeing customers face to face. Talking to them about what our company offers, what the customers needs are, and how are team of professionals can help them. You are paid 2% of every sale. Our sales team is stacked with professional reps that have been top performers in the industry for many years. This means, your conversions go out the ceiling. Example: Our average sale is $25,000. 2% of $25,000 is $500. Our marketing team members average 3-6 appointments per day. Our sales professionals close 1-2 deals for every 6 appointments they receive. Our marketers average 2-4 sales every week. That is $1,000 - $2,000 per week average. Plus $20 for every appointment set. If you were to produce 3 appointments per day (low), you would generate $300 per week in appointments. Our top marketers average $600 per week in appointments, on top of their commissions. Yes, our most consistent, motivated, top performers make 10K-12K per month.
The top performing marketer receives a $1,000 bonus at the end of each month. Our top performing marketer in 6 months receives a free cruise for two. We take care of our team members like family.
