Job Responsibilities:
- edit & create marketing materials (email, website, LinkedIn, etc.)
- manage marketing efforts through handling CRM and Lead generation software
- create presentations for clients
- organize President's schedule, including scheduling client meetings & sales trips
- work directly with the President to produce and improve creative ideas
Skills and Qualifications:
- excellent writing skills (especially in business communications & marketing)
- excellent organizational skills are a must
- experienced in MS Office
- capable at learning and managing various software (Hubspot CRM, Apollo Lead generation, etc.)
- effective at multi-tasking
- prior sales experience is a plus
