Job description:
· Social media posting, management and engagement
· Create and send marketing emails
· Assist with monthly newsletter
· Write ads for LinkedIn
· Work closely with staff and marketing team to coordinate marketing efforts
· Strategize what’s needed to promote our upcoming classes
· Assist with video editing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent graphic design skills
· Knowledge of social media management and engagement
· Good writing skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage time efficiently
· Works well with a team
· Knowledge of SEO a plus
Recommended:
· MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Calendar)
· Video editing skills
· Experience with CRM
· Familiarity with Zoom and Dropbox
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Strong team player
· Excellent customer service skills with ability to problem solve
· Experience in personal growth a plus (reads motivational books, has done counseling, studied spirituality and personal growth, or worked to better themselves)
· Ability to come into our San Diego location occasionally a plus
