Job Purpose

The Digital Marketplace Coordinator plays a vital role in Bitchin’ Sauce' marketing team, focusing on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth in the competitive CPG market. This position requires a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about leveraging digital channels to enhance brand presence and connect with consumers effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Assist the Digital Marketplace Manager with all seen and unforeseen tasks.

 Assist with the implementation & management of sales-growth tactics for e commerce and retail.

 Coordinate between Marketing & Sales team personnel to align tactics with larger sales & marketing strategies.

 Assist with the management of digital and retail sales tactics such as keyword-search campaigns, on-site display ads, couponing, swag blasts, retail sales competitions, and mixed- media merchandising.

 Adhere to and adjust digital and shopper marketing budgets.

 Assist with data analyzing and strategizing:

o Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assisting with the assembly and

analysis of sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and

objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.

 Assist with the execution of marketing reports and post-promo analysis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

 Assist with the management of marketing support, including in-store activations, content for paper circulations, and product demos.

 Assist with the management & optimization of brand presence and item listings across e- commerce platforms, including Amazon, Instacart, and retailer sites.

 Coordinate with Marketing & third-party personnel (including agency partners and retailers) to secure required assets, copy and creative details.

 Closely monitor tactic spend and return-revenue goals, adhering to targets set during annual & quarterly planning.

 Create & Use KPI tracking tools, and report Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually on essential success measures.

 Use analytics and sales insights to refine and develop sales strategies.

 Assist in general organization, inventory, and packing for campaigns.

 Other tasks as they may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree preferred.

 Prior experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns.

 Experience with project management.

 Strong written and oral communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

 Adaptable to evolving environments and can take direction from multiple people.

 Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, procedures, and vendor systems.

 Ability and drive to improve processes and systems.

 Positive attitude when faced with challenges, and have a warm, supportive, and enthusiastic mentality when leading our Specialists & Ambassadors.

 Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, and are ready to wear multiple hats as needed.

Working Conditions

 Employees are subject to Food Safety standards in the facility.

 The Employee will be responsible for time sensitive tasks that may require specific working hours.

 The Employee may be granted remote privileges from time to time.

 The Employee is expected to work in a full-time capacity.
