Job title: Appointment Setter (Note: Medical Assistants or EMT's welcome to apply)
We are looking for a personable, intelligent, clean cut, well organized individual to answer our patient emails AND phone calls. You will schedule, reschedule, make and cancel appointments, scan patients charts into Electronic Medical Records system. This is a fairly easy, no stress position. You must have EXCELLENT communications skills and have no problem answering phones. Low call volume, between 15-20 calls a day. Candidate must be able to type with both hands and be computer savvy.
Some sales experience preferred. Commissions for every new appointment you schedule. We are willing to train the right, enthusiastic individual. Medical Assistants and EMT's are welcome to apply.
