We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef preferably with a high volume background, to add to our Chef / Sous Chef Kitchen Management Team. You must have a strong work ethic, a super positive attitude, want to put up beautiful and tasty plates of food at a fast pace and work with like-minded individuals who are friendly, hard working and kind.

Let me repeat that last part: we strive for a kind kitchen. No goofing or trash talking, no foul language. We expect you to operate respectfully with great care for the food and people around you.

As one of three Sous Chefs you would be responsible for being a large part of our super service by:

Communicating truthfully at the end of every shift about how it all went down

Ensuring portions are proper and food is on point

Restocking / Prepping items that are/were depleted during the shift

Ensuring food is properly stored in containers and storage areas including labeling and dating procedures

Performing duties in other areas of the kitchen as required

Maintaining and properly using all kitchen equipment including but not exclusive to fryers, blenders, food processors & mixers

Supporting the Team whenever needed (e.g, call-outs, catering, etc.)

Assisting with the deep cleaning schedule

Requirements include:

Experience in a leadership role in the Kitchen

Understanding professional cooking and knife handling skills

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and Team Members

A problem-solving brain!
