Position: Farmers Market Crew Member
Location: Escondido, CA 92026 vending in Poway and Leucadia
Type: Part-time Saturdays and Sundays
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down the market booth
Engage with customers, answer questions, and promote our farm's products
Handle sales transactions and maintain an organized cash register
Assist in inventory management and restocking items as needed
Ensure the market booth is clean and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Outgoing, cheerful personality with excellent customer service skills
Enthusiastic about regenerative farming and sustainable practices
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Reliable transportation to Farm
Availability to work weekends and early mornings
Previous farmers market or retail experience is a plus, but not required
