As a Line and Prep Cook you are the production force of the store, and you play the most vital role in creating our signature prepared foods that make us stand out from the competition.

Duties include:
Prepare quality dishes efficiently to fill customer orders in accordance with food safety standards.
Maintain the freshness of all food supplies, rotating old ones out as needed.
Accommodate any dietary restrictions as requested.
Store food items at the appropriate temperatures, properly clean cooking equipment after use, and ensure that the kitchen is pristine at the end of each shift.
Counter service and relationship building with customers.
Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of all meat/seafood in department.
Preparation of Store Marinades and Sausages.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Food handling and commercial kitchen experience preferred.
Ability to work and communicate successfully with customers, co-workers, and management.
Be able to perform all physical aspects of the position, such as bending, standing, squatting, climbing and walking, and lifting up to 50lbs.
Punctuality and Dependability are a must.
