Outdoor Farmers Markets-
Spring has sprung and our fresh cherry season is around the corner. Smit Farms needs one more good peep. Happy people only need apply. Weekend work required. Early riser on either Sat or Sunday or both. Each day is solid 8 plus hour workday outdoors within a strong food community/culture. We sell what we grow for our farm and others. What we are seeking: 1)Integrity 2)People person. 3)Punctual /early riser. The job is physical & emotional, but very satisfying for those who love the people, produce, and the process. Base pay is $18 per hour and added bonuses on sales make it $20-$25 typically. Looking for someone that can pick up 1 or 2 days on weekends and can be steady and reliable. Its a guaranteed good time. The right person will be trained, trusted, but not micro managed. Any response given WITH a brief bio or a resume will get looked at first. The more info about you, the better.
