Accounts Receivable SpecialistInsurance brokerage company looking for a strong Accounts Receivable Specialist. Great opportunity to work with a large organization! This position is HYBRID!Qualifications3+ years of AR experience with lockbox, hard checks, ACH wiresBachelors degree Knowledge of advanced functions in ExcelJob DescriptionHandling Accounts ReceivablesApply payments received from clients via bank lockbox download, ACH, and wires to open A/R items in Trust Accounts. Must pay close attention to detail.Send emails to team members regarding discrepancies of payment or unidentified payments.Daily run of past due letters to clients.Reconciliation of clients' AR when requested.Daily posting of Invoices.Run producer AR reports weekly.Investigate and identify premium discrepancies to notify sales staff.Issue refund checks to insureds.Issue commission refund checks to agents.Purge dunning letters from Image Right.Assist team members with all other projects as needed.About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
