Job Description:
A 30+ year old, growing restaurant group headquartered in San Diego is looking for an experienced FOH manager to join our Citrus Heights team! This organization operates 16+ restaurants between Southern CA and Las Vegas, NV. We have an eclectic menu and are known for our quality, consistency and stability. Here at Stones we seek to provide a food & beverage experience to all restaurant customers as well as all players. We boast a non-smoking environment!
The ideal candidate will join our team and start by getting to know our management and our F&B staff, the company goals, as well as its culture. Candidates must be available to work full weekends and holidays as well as special large events. Joining this family is for a person with hospitality in their heart, and an eye for detail and atmosphere. We truly are a family.
Team Culture/About Us:
Our managers should expect to work 5, 10-hour shifts each week, with a 30-minute break each day. Our branded schedule promises 2 consecutive days off, structure, and time for a personal life!
Applicants MUST have:
Multiple years of restaurant management experience
Proof of longevity on a resume
Weekend, holiday and 5 day/week availability
