Physical requirements

-able to follow and adhere to standard policies and procedures
General duties: Perform pre and post inspections of a rental property in Palm Springs and return checklist and info on open and resolved items to owners; stock house (errands); final guests preparations. Work with housecleaners to correct issues. Correct small maintenance issues. Respond to emergencies and service calls (rare).
Hours: Will fluctuate with the season. Minimum of 10 hours per month in low season. If you have a flexible schedule, this will be a fun job for you.
