This job consists of managing incoming and outgoing billing for multiple construction / real estate projects.
Position requires good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will be required to keep things organized and operate both computer an in office filing systems. You need a basic understanding of construction processes and mechanics liens.
You will oversee the clerical administrative tasks for multiple construction projects from start to finish, and assist the company through the sale of each property.
Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred.
2+ years experience in an office environment.
Part time or full time available. Salary will be based on experience, with room for raises and bonuses.
