Riverdale Estates Mobile Home Park, a 184-space, 55+ mobile home community in Indio, CA, seeks one individual to fill a full-time Community Manager position.
Work duties include the following:
- Overseeing all office administration tasks as well as all maintenance in the park
- Supervising one full-time office assistant and two full-time maintenance techs
- Handling cash receipts, accounts payable, monthly reporting, annual budget preparation, rent collection, and
related issues
- Coordinating events for residents several times throughout the year
- Working closely with the corporate office on management and resident issues
Requirements include the following:
- Familiarity with the CA Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL) and mobile home park operations
- Minimum five (5) years of property management experience
- Proficient in accounting software system (Timberline is used in the office)
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Supervisory experience and solid understanding of maintenance issues
- Valid CA driver's license
Compensation to include the following:
- Salary range of $22-$24/hour (40 hours per week)
- Option to live on-site, housing in park-owned mobile home (double-wide), including all utilities
- Performance bonuses
- Eligibility for benefits after 90 days: medical, dental, vision (employee shares co-pay of monthly premium),
401(k), paid vacation/sick/holidays
