Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and overseeing relationships with over 300 tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
Lease Management: Review, interpret, and enforce commercial leases, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Property Maintenance: Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
Financial Management: Manage property budgets, including rent collection, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, leasing activity, and financial performance.
Leasing and Marketing: Assist in leasing efforts, including marketing available spaces, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease terms.
Legal Compliance: Stay informed about local laws and regulations affecting commercial property management, ensuring properties remain in compliance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and experience in lease interpretation and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in property management software and excel.
- Knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
