Casual Logistics is a dynamic and growing company that provides logistics solutions for various industries. We are seeking an admin assistant/customer service rep to join our team and support our daily operations.
Monday through Friday: 10:30 am - 5:00 pm
As an admin assistant/customer service rep, you will be responsible for :
- Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Answering phone calls and emails from customers and vendors
- Providing information and assistance to customers and resolving their issues
- Processing orders, invoices, and payments
- Coordinating with other departments and staff members
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
To be a successful admin assistant/customer service rep, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A reliable computer and internet connection
- A working knowledge of eBay and other online selling platforms
- A basic knowledge of cars and auto parts, or a willingness to learn
- A professional and upbeat attitude
- A strong communication and customer service skills
- A flexible schedule and availability to work from home
