We are a small, family-owned general contractor in Placentia, CA. We are seeking a full-time, long term, detail-oriented and versatile administrative assistant/front office to join our team!
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Provide administrative support to staff, including:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
Support our production staff with day-to-day coordination and administrative assistance.
Enter and update project data in our internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collect job-related information, organize documentation, and keep everything on track.
Maintain clear, professional notes on all customer communications.
Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Accurate data entry and maintenance records using Quickbooks (Desktop), will train
Perform general clerical duties and assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Follow through is imperative
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
Positive attitude, working independently and with a team environment
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and new tasks quickly
This is a full time, in office position. Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm approx
Pay: $23+ per hour depending on experience
