We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily business and personal tasks. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
List, manage, and update eBay product listings
Handle administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word
Track and report on digital performance using Google Analytics
Monitor inventory and assist with basic online research
Manage schedules, reminders, and to-do lists
Perform general multitasking duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency in social media platforms and content posting
Experience with eBay sales and listings
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic performance reporting
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
Experience with other online marketplaces
Knowledge of Google Drive and cloud-based tools
