Amazing opportunity for the right person with excellent customer service skills, who also possesses strong organizational and communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Some knowledge of QuickBooks and tax experience is a plus. Admin job description:

Respond and resolve client questions and concerns

Communicate proficiently with IRS and Franchise Tax Board (phone)

Tax return assembly

Manage client files with complete confidentiality

Data entry

Maintain office supplies

Record and deposit client payments

The hourly rate is $23, we offer PTO & holiday pay. This job is part time, but we do expect our admin assistant to be in the office 25-30 hours a week Monday-Friday until 5:30pm. The weekly hours and start times are negotiable upon employment. There is potential for this position to increase to full time if applicant is interested in taking on simple bookkeeping tasks.

Must be comfortable around dogs as we have two office Beagles.
