Administrative Assistant needed for an insurance agency part-time. Office is located in Salinas. Part-time admin assistant needed for 2 days a week, Tuesday is required but the other day is flexible. Compensation is $18/hr and is non-negotiable for this starting position. Duties include, but is not limited to: Answering the office telephones and offering customer service based on knowledge and experience. Assisting the licensed agent with sales and marketing administrative duties (communicating with customers, data input, some marketing phone calls and marketing assistance).

Some experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred. Some data-entry experience is preferred. Must have great communication skills and be people-friendly as well as a team player.
