Lux Doors is a national door and garage door company seeking a motivated and experienced customer service rep to join our sales team. We are located in City of Commerce.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
1. Experience with sales/ customer service
2. Strong computer skills
3. Strong telephone communication skills
4. Team work mentality
POSITION SCOPE
Effectively handle a heavy volume of incoming telephone leads and email leads.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer lead inquiries concerning product and pricing by phone and email
- Email customers estimates and effectively following up at strategic times
- Maximize leads for conversions to sales
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Planning, organization and time management skills are absolutely essential
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- The ability to present both product and service capabilities of Company in response to the unique needs of each customer.
